Process Control in float glass manufacturing
These systems enable to get video images from inside of furnaces or tin bathes providing continuous control of technological processes where high temperatures are involved.
The systems are protected against overheating of the housing, optics and video sensor (CCD). Appropriate combination of optical filtering and electronic measures allows to avoid image saturation resulted from intensive thermal radiation coming from surrounding.
The following systems are currently manufactured and supported:
- Imager of environment inside the glass furnace
- Imager of the axial view inside the tin bath
- Imager of the selected locations inside the tin bath
- System for measuring the width of the glass sheet at the tin bath outlet
